GUARANTEES 

Brows By Ellana can make no guarantee as to how long your individual results will last. Client results will vary from person to person. Although it is effective and can last up to a year in most cases, no guarantee can be made about the length of time they will last. It is very important that each client understands that we cannot guarantee how long the pigment will retain in your skin. Although we give  Retention depends on your skin type and aftercare. Most clients will need a 10-12 month touch-up, but results will vary from person to person. 

If a third treatment is needed there will be a cover charge between £50-£75 depending on which treatment you may have and this appointment must be booked within 3 months from the touch up date. This can be due to aftercare, the individuals skin type or the overall look one wants to achieve. I am not responsible for offering this free of charge.

BOOKING POLICY 

A booking deposit of £50 is required to confirm an appointment. The £50 deposit is credited to the procedure fee on the day of the appointment. The booking deposit of £50 is strictly non-refundable and for rescheduling at least 48 hours noticed is required. 

Please ensure you can return for your touch up within the 8 weeks period, if a touch up is rescheduled after 8 weeks an additional fee of £25 will apply on top of the touch up prices.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Any client that does not show for a scheduled appointment or gives less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit their booking fee and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full prior to your appointment. 

Any client that does not show for their Touch Up appointment or gives less than 48 hours’ notice of needing to reschedule will have to pay for the missed appointment, £50 and the new appointment in advance.

LATE POLICY 

If a client is more than 20 minutes late without prior notice for a scheduled appointment, we will consider this a missed appointment and you will forfeit your booking of £50.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE OUR SERVICES 

If a medical note is required and is not given on the day of procedure your appointment will be turned away and if we believe that you may not be a suitable candidate for semi-permanent makeup.
